KLX 110 Member Photos

Ever wonder what an the inside of an engine looks like when a fine powder gets inside. This Kawasaki KLX 110 manual user informed us that someone played a prank on him that ended up not having the intended results.  The red powder that was suppose to blow out on start up worked its way past an open exhaust valve and didn’t allow for any engine compression.

The user completely rebuilt the top end, and ended up finding unrelated damage to the crankcases and gearshift shaft. The entire engine was disassembled and rebuilt with the Cyclepedia.com manual. We have been informed that the mini bike is now running better than ever.
