Removal
On the 2005 and newer 650 models remove the four handlebar mounting screws with a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
The mounting screws on the 700 and older 650 models are located on the top and bottom of the handlebar cover.
Remove the handlebar cover.
Installation
Install the handlebar cover.
On the 2005 and newer 650 models install the four handlebar mounting screws and tighten them securely with a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
The mounting screws on the 700 and older 650 models are located on the top and bottom of the handlebar cover.
